In June 1997 Catering by Debbi Covington was launched with a desire to make beautiful food that tasted good! The business quickly grew by word of mouth and within a few months Debbi had earned a reputation of providing exceptional food with great style. Catering by Debbi Covington specializes in a wide range of services designed to meet your catering needs. Debbi will work with you to evaluate the venue, season, style and budget of your event and tailor a unique and distinctive menu to fit those parameters. No two menus are ever the same.
Debbi is the author of the cookbook Dining Under the Carolina Moon and also writes the food column Everyday Gourmet in Beaufort's Lowcountry Weekly newspaper. She has been featured as a “Master of Entertaining” in Southern Living magazine and her recipes have been published in multiple cookbooks including Southern Living's Best Kept Secrets of the South's Best Cooks and The Best of The Best of South Carolina as well as numerable North and South Carolina newspapers.
